By accessing our website or contracting services from Tech Cleaning LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, commercial property managers, and residential customers who utilize our website or hire us for floor care services.
2. Scope of Services
Tech Cleaning LLC provides professional commercial and residential floor care solutions, including dustless hardwood scrubbing, tile and grout restoration, commercial VCT strip and wax, and high gloss polishing.
- Service Quotes: Price estimates are provided based on the square footage, surface condition, and details shared by the client. Final charges may adjust if actual site conditions differ substantially from initial disclosures.
- Site Access: Clients must grant technician teams safe access to the premises, working electrical outlets, and a clean water source at the scheduled service time.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We recognize that schedules change. To prevent cancellation fees, we require at least 24 hours advance notice for any rescheduling or service cancellations. Failure to provide timely notice or refusal of access at the agreed time may result in a minimum trip charge.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms for services rendered are as follows:
- Residential Clients: Payment is due upon completion of the scheduled service unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.
- Commercial Accounts: Invoices issued to commercial accounts operate on standard Net 30 terms from the billing date, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a master service contract.
- Accepted Payments: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and checks payable to Tech Cleaning LLC.
5. Property Care & Pre-Service Responsibilities
To ensure the highest quality results and safety, clients are requested to remove small delicate items, personal belongings, and pet obstructions from the work area prior to our arrival. While our technicians exercise utmost care when moving light furniture, Tech Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pre-existing structural defects, unsealed floor rot, or damaged items left in the service zone.
6. Service Guarantee & Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our floor care service, please notify our office within 48 hours of service completion. We will inspect and re-clean any disputed area at no additional charge.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tech Cleaning LLC, its officers, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service performance or website usage beyond the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including company branding, logos, graphics, text, and layout is the exclusive property of Tech Cleaning LLC and is protected under United States copyright and trademark laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
